Tracking Your Recruitment Effort
The redesigned Kansas Education Employment Board (KEEB) will include a number of new features to assist the recruitment effort of schools. One feature in particular is data analysis built into KEEB. Districts will now able to track their recruitment effort by viewing user friendly tables displaying data such as the number of views a job position has had compared to the number of applications (click on the image of the table to view an example). This will provide districts feedback on their job descriptions and the impact it is having. In addition, districts will be able to view a pie chart of the number of jobs they hav
